I reached out for a quote to replace a section of fence. They wanted $50 up front out of pocket from me to get a written estimates. Then the sales person (Luis) was condescending when I asked about. I made it clear that I was shopping different places and that's when he started speaking to me like I was a toddler. I'm aware it takes more time for an insurance job and would have been fine with it, but I'm not paying $50 to just get a quite while you're talking down to me.
We just got a fence installed with Northeast Fencing and the whole process from the beginning to the end was a breeze! They communicate everything efficiently and everything was on schedule to when they said it would be. Louis was great to work with! They work with your schedule and we are just overall very satisfied with their services. The fence and quality of the work is 10/10. No complaints!
I had a GREAT experience with Northeast Fencing LLC from the very first contact to the finish product they were professional, honest and most importantly KIND.
