I've been going to this same practice since I was around 5 and I'm 30 now. 25 years of good service and it continues to be the only place I'll go. I've had a bunch of doctors over that time, but the latest one, Dr Gutierrez, is the best I've had. He's kind, considerate, great at his job, and smiles a lot which is reassuring when you're in pain or unwell. For as long as I remain on the Shoreline, I will continue to be a patient there.
I can’t recommend this practice enough, they have always been quick about getting back to me for calls, the clinicians are kind considerate and attentive, and I’ve never had to wait long for any help or care. Years going here and no complaints yet!
My pcp is great here but the administrative nurses are now no longer answering new messages on MyChart despite apparently pushing for people to use the app. What is their plan if someone is mute or nonverbal for a multitude of reasons? I have enough anxiety messaging and choosing my words carefully through text. Calling and waiting and making appointments over phone can be really stressful!
Dr. Weiss and the staff are outstanding, such caring people, really concerned about their patients needs.
