Rhonda at Euclid store rocks! She talked me off the ledge at least once a week. Had to have my second defective strong spa replaced. Going on since October! The only person who would talk to me was Rhonda... she was really left holding the bag ... she made the best of a horrible situation and really worked hard to get this resolved. She deserves a promotion and a raise because she is more knowledge able than any sales person manager or customer service employee that I talked to.. oh wait that’s because I didn’t talk to anyon... read more

My experience with NE Factory Direct in Euclid was absolutely awful. I purchased a bed and dresser from them. These items arrived two weeks later in which I took off work to receive. The headboard was cracked from top to bottom. When I called the store, the girl was short with me and expected me to receive the items and "they would see if it could be repaired". I rejected the delivery except the dresser. Three separate times they said they would call me back and never did. They attempted to re-deliver three weeks later (now ... read more

I purchased a hot tub here last May, was told it would be delivered within the week. Two weeks later and many phone calls later I finally get it. Was told it was warrantied by the manufacturer and was given warranty information. Last week I noticed a leak. Called the manufacturer, was told that they do not honor the warranty and that it is warrantied where I purchased it. I called Northeast Factory Direct, was told they had to check to see if it was still under their warranty and they'd call back the next day. Never received... read more

We got a new king bedroom set (bed, long dresser, chest of drawers, 2 nightstands), a new king mattress and a living room set (sleeper sofa and loveseat). We LOVE the furniture, everything is good quality (definitely NOT Ikea type stuff). I ordered a dining set with 4 chairs from Northeast factory direct. What a mistake!! Not only did the merchandise arrived damaged (which I reported within an hour of delivery) but no follow up was made to set an appointment for repair/replacement. After all of the frustration with the process, I decided that I would like a refund. I hung up on by a manager when I asking for a refund hearing "I will schedule pickup with our delivery agent".. click. God forbid that you need to return something. Awful Experience. I would never go back or recommend to anyone. They cant tell me when my beds will arrive. They are rude, hang up on you, the manager takes forever to call back and he is totally useless. My son and I are sleeping on the floor thanks to them. Go elsewhere
