My experience with NE Factory Direct in Euclid was absolutely awful. I purchased a bed and dresser from them. These items arrived two weeks later in which I took off work to receive. The headboard was cracked from top to bottom. When I called the store, the girl was short with me and expected me to receive the items and "they would see if it could be repaired". Awful Experience. I would never go back or recommend to anyone. They cant tell me when my beds will arrive. They are rude, hang up on you, the manager takes forever to call back and he is totally useless. My son and I are sleeping on the floor thanks to them. Go elsewhere

A GREAT PLACE – I shopped a this place. TO be honest I was nervous shopping here but I took a chance. I was moving and need everyhting to supply my apartment. I bought a nice couch, 3 glass tables, bed fream w/ headboard and two night stands for a great price, i couldnt shop anywhere else! The sellsman TONY, was great and friendly. I told him I need the funiture in a month or so on my move-in date. He assured me everything will be there on time and in tact! My move -in date arrived and the deliivery was on time. not too bad – We bought a bed from them about 4 1/2 years ago, it wasn't all that high quality because well, we were broke and it was cheap... went back a week ago, the very nice employee remembered us, and even took the time to look up and see if our old bed had a warranty, which it did. He helped us pick the bed we wanted and we ordered it. No shipment, no refund – Charged me for an item they admit they never shipped. Ignored my repeated requests for a refund. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company who then gave me a provisional disputed-charge credit pending a response from NE Factory. NE Factory ignored their request, never responded. There are numerous complaints to the Bet. Bus. Bur. about NE Factory from other defrauded customers, mostly non-delivery issues.
