The front desk staff at this clinic was shockingly rude and unprofessional. When I arrived to check in, I was told my appointment was already 15 minutes late — yet the time they claimed was completely different from the appointment time I was given. Nobody ever bothered to call or confirm the appointment with me beforehand. Instead of helping, the front desk acted as if it was my fault and spoke to me with zero respect or courtesy. Appointments are far more lengthy than needed and communication from office staff regarding delays is non existent. I came to this office for a procedure and chalked it up to a busy day. Subsequently I made an appointment for the morning to avoid issues and was told someone quit without notice causing the delay. This wasn’t communicated until I prompted with my feedback on the length of wait time. Just visited Urgent Eye Care and had a great experience. I called at 10:30 and was seen by Dr. Champagne just 30 minutes later. She was extremely thorough, clear, and professional, but also warm and personable. She made the whole visit feel easy and comfortable. Highly recommend if you need prompt and attentive eye care.
Dr. Seiburth performed eye muscle surgery on me for strabismus. My experience was a nightmare. She admitted to overcorrecting the eye more than intended, I cannot see properly, have double vision, and she showed absolutely no concern. She did not check in after the surgery. Was rushed checking in before the surgery. Did nothing for pain management. They gave different discharge instructions from the hospital vs the office. I brought my daughter in for her yearly , we waiting 1.5 hours ! Then the dr came in the room and rushed us out because she was behind . We got very poor Service
