Not impressed. My mother's appointment ran 1 hour late. They then told me she would be ready at 2:00 so I left to run errands. I then get a call at 1:10 saying she would be ready in 30 min. I arrived and its now 2:43-still not ready... Not very efficiently run from beginning to end.
