NRE is a great company, team players. Timely and efficient to work with.
We called late a Fri. andJohn was out to us 8a sharp on Monday. He was extremely professionals, efficient and knowledgeable. Many people get nervous about elevators but if you have the right company it’s never a problem. Our repair was just a battery update dir every 5 years. We’ve been here for 7 yrs. never any issues just scheduled maintenance . If you’ve not lived with an elevator you must put it on your bucket list when you’re ready to simplify life! Be sure to ask for John!
