Great experience. Our power went out today and national grid said we needed a new service line and Ryan came out and got us hooked back up same day about half the price of T-mark. They were able to get the permitting done right away because they have a trusted relationship with the city. Would use them again.

100% recommend. This is my go-to electrician. I won’t call anyone else from now on. Best quality, transparency, timeliness, value, and overall customer service experience I’ve seen in years. NYSEG left us up a creek… he came out that day and handled a stressful emergency situation with a level of professionalism you don’t see often anymore. For a lower price than originally expected.
I had a lighting problem going on, so I called around to several electricians, but none got back to me. I finally called Northeast Electric, and they answered right away and put me in touch with one of their electricians,Ryan Smith.
