I just had a solar system installed by Jay and the team and Northeast Electric. They are part of Gowen Power Systems who installed and service my backup generator. Jay is very knowledgeable and spent lots of time discussing my options and providing me with detailed quotes as requested so I could make my decision. We discussed battery backup systems but given that we already had a generator it didn't make sense for us. I used Northeast Electric to install a floodlight at my home and was extremely pleased with my experience. The person who scheduled the installation was pleasant and asked questions to understand exactly what I was looking for. The installation itself was also phenomenal. Jay showed up on time, answered any question I had and most importantly took pride in his work! Highly recommend!
The connections in our meter enclosure box were old and corroded causing the power to suddenly fluctuate, putting a strain on the system and particularly the well pump. They were very responsive and came out on a Sunday to replace it. Very happy with their work and professionalism.
