Travis and his team are great! I just recently bought my first diesel, a 2024 F-250. I had a lot of questions and Travis took his time to answer all of them. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. I have heard good things about the shop and their reputation is spot on! My truck came back to me cleaner than I left it. I will be servicing my truck there from now on and would highly recommend Northeast diesel to anyone.
I had my first experience at Northeast Diesel recently. These guys are the real deal. I walked into the shop and the first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the shop was. The second thing I noticed was how professional Travis is and how he took the time to talk with me about my truck and made sure that all of the issues were addressed on my 7.3 Diesel engine. On top of that, they were very efficient. It is refreshing to see a mechanic put so much pride into their work.
Northeast Diesel is by far the best! They were so easy to talk to and they are so quick at responding! Travis and the guys over there did incredible work on my truck and informed me of everything they were doing to it while they were working on it! 100% recommend!
I was referred to Travis by a service manager at the car dealership whose estimate to fix my truck was $12,000. When Travis was done I was looking at less than $3k and he had me on the road. Good people who know what they are doing are very difficult to find these days... count yourself blessed when Travis answers your call for help!! Good day.
