We had a great experience with this diesel mechanic. He got back to us super fast, even though it was very last minute after our truck broke down in the middle of the day and had to be towed in. He was easy to work with, clearly knows his stuff, and did excellent work. The price was fair and matched the quality of the repair. I couldn’t be happier with Travis and his team’s work on my 2007 Dodge 3500 with the 5.9 Cummins. I picked up this truck from my brother a few months back, and it needed serious work. The Dodge dealer wanted to replace the high-pressure fuel pump and the entire turbo. I got a second opinion from Travis - best decision I made! Instead of replacing parts, he actually REPAIRED the turbo actuator, saving me a ton of money. Had I gone with the dealer, they would’ve swapped the whole turbo! Awesome work! DPF/DEF issues that the dealer couldn’t lock down. Travis had running smoother than ever in a day. Clean shop and he knows his stuff.
Northeast Diesel is by far the best! They were so easy to talk to and they are so quick at responding! Travis and the guys over there did incredible work on my truck and informed me of everything they were doing to it while they were working on it! 100% recommend and will continue working with them!
insane service every time by Travis and his crew! My family has been in the automotive repair business for 70 years now, and we deal with all sorts of different repair shops, and by far Northeast is way over the top! my 2006 duramax is always spotless when i leave it with them & when i pick up.
