I was referred to NEDA in Dover by my PCP in August 2024 for a skin check as I am considered high risk because skin cancer runs in my family. The scheduling process was fine- the person who called me was friendly and got me in within what I considered a reasonable amount of time, but the actual office seems like they don’t communicate with the scheduling department as far as referrals getting scanned into your chart.
