I was treated very kindly upon arriving, and the doctor was incredibly attentive and was a great teacher for me to understand my diagnosis. However, because I am a veteran, the practice needs to understand how to manage my account. The very next day after my visit, I was informed by the VA that this visit was not authorized and that the providers office Received notification that they would need to accept and re-authorize the visit. I am new to the area and found Northwest Derm through my primary care provider. Had a very stubborn planters wart and have had Basil Cell in the past. Worked with Dr. Anna Taylor and she is the absolute best! Kind, caring and knows her stuff. Entire office is a pleasure to work with.
