Where do I start? They are dishonest and are trying to steal from an everyday person. I've had a billing issue for two months. I've spoken to their billing dept. a half dozen times and each time I'm told only the practice manager can sort it out. The practice manager from the Portsmouth NH location. Been a patient through NEDA for over a year, had some minor issues but not enough to find care elsewhere as I liked my provider enough. Until recently. It’s very hard to get in touch with a direct office, the line to call always goes to a general customer help line, who then has to get in touch with the office and often they have to leave a message and the office has to call you back.
