I wouldn't take my fish here. Ended up walking out with my son after waiting an hour in the waiting room. Very sketchy. Rude receptionist and unhelpful staff. Waiting room was freezing with a stench of Airwick trying to cover up whatever smell from the carpet or what not. I didn't like my whole interaction even over the phone, but against my better judgment I went to the appointment. Wish I stayed home. Do yourself a favor. Do not come here.

I should have walked out when they had told me I couldn't go in with my then 3 year old! I took my then 3 year old March 2024 for 4 small fillings with a referral from my pediatric dentist. They did the fillings but they did crowns on practically all her teeth except the bottom front. Well as of recently, my child is now 4 is having trouble with an abscess; I have gone to 3 consults and each one said I have to pull teeth. This has been a terrible experience. My son went to the initial appointment in august with the pediatric dentist that uses this practice. It took weeks for them to send my son's pediatrician the pre-anesthesia paperwork and once they did we heard nothing from them. Then we get a call from my son's pcp asking questions about my daughter's pre-anesthesia paperwork and my daughter has never even been to either dental practice. I had to call several times to get this remedied and no one knew what was going on. I was supposed to ... read more
