We had a wonderful experience with Northeast Dental Anesthesia. The entire team was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to make my daughter feel comfortable and safe. They helped put both of us at ease, and we are so grateful for the excellent care she received. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE !! I have seen Dr.Kristen Z and Dr.Grace and the care and safety my children received was unmatched. My daughters are autistic and would NEVER sit still in the dental chair even for only a cleaning. They needed to be put to sleep for the dental work and if it wasn’t for this team I wouldn’t have been able to get this done easily. I am beyond disgusted with Dr Grace Lin from Northeast Dental associates. You want to talk about a healthcare professional that works with children that has NO bed side manner, acts like a robot and shows not an ounce of care or compassion toward children. That is her summed up!! Her behavior toward my son who was in complete distress today was appalling…because thats just it, she had NONE! What a wonderful place! Very efficient which is so helpful as I was bringing my 6 year old in very early in the morning. they treated my child as if he were their own. i can't say much more than that. they made sure he was comfy during and especially after the procedure as he was coming out of anesthesia. they soothed him and kept him cozy and warm in blankets. They also reassured emotional mom here. and a popsicle at the end! highly recommend them!
