I was charged $120 for a tune up and I’m pretty sure they didn’t go anything. I ended up having to replace the derailleur cable and tune both front and back derailleurs myself after getting my bike back. I really try to support small, local bike ships but taking my bike here was a complete waste of money…
not too impressed. Couldnt fix my gear shifter on my bike, charged me $300 for a tune up, 2 hours after picking it up the chain kept falling off so I took it back and while he was working on my bike he threw a temper tantrum -throwing tools, walking fast with heavy feet etc... never taking my bike there again.
