not too impressed. Couldnt fix my gear shifter on my bike, charged me $300 for a tune up, 2 hours after picking it up the chain kept falling off so I took it back and while he was working on my bike he threw a temper tantrum -throwing tools, walking fast with heavy feet etc... never taking my bike there again.
Excellent bicycle shop, great staff that are very helpful, friendly, and experienced about the mechanics of well serviced bike, ready to ride. I trust them with any issues I might have with my bike.
Northeast Cyclery quickly tuned up my e-bike and got me back on the road! The bike feels brand new again. Thank you!

This is a great store with excellent service. Walter has serviced my bikes for years. He has expertly fixed and maintained my bikes and even an elliptical bike which is unusual and a specialty sort of vehicle. He has installed some nice modifications to my bikes and given me great help and timely reliable service. Walter is a nice and honest guy. I trust him and think he would do a great job with your bikes and give you good advice and ideas. Good location on menaul and Wyoming.
