do not go here, it’s a military base anyone who does not have access will be turned around. should not be recommended to everyday citizens as an option on google
Customer service is all done through a remote call center. Agents range from unhelpful to incompetent. This was a great credit union at one time, but it's gone so far down-hill, you'd be better off with cash in a mattress. Nice view though, so that improves the score.

I used the PNSY Branch to get a car loan, and I am so very happy I did! Dawn was amazing and made me feel confident and comfortable through the whole process. Had some issues while dealing with the dealership, and she had my back. Thank you, Dawn, and thank you, Northeast Credit Union. I love my new ride!
