Customer service is all done through a remote call center. Agents range from unhelpful to incompetent. This was a great credit union at one time, but it's gone so far down-hill, you'd be better off with cash in a mattress. Nice view though, so that improves the score.

I used the PNSY Branch to get a car loan, and I am so very happy I did! Dawn was amazing and made me feel confident and comfortable through the whole process. Had some issues while dealing with the dealership, and she had my back. Thank you, Dawn, and thank you, Northeast Credit Union. I love my new ride!
Great Service! I went in the other day just to make a regular payment on my credit card and get out but, thanks to Dawn's 5 star service she has helped me tremendously with my plans to pay off my debt. Dawn took the time to explain and answer all my questions about a program NECU offers where they took over my debt from another credit line but at my NECU interest rate of 13% instead of the 25% I was paying. I Love this branch lots of help!
