My family was double wronged by this organization do not use! Beginning with the act team nanticoke pa unethically discharging my brother from there team to out patient. This was done by Mallory kulig of the nanticoke office. Out patient is terrible rude and brother was given a blended case manager who is almost asleep on the job. We asked for another bcm only again to be treated un ethically they refuse to change. People your better off using community counseling of Wilkes Barre do not use northeast counseling!!!
