My roof and 4 skylights were replaced, developed a leak in the ceiling near the one of the skylights and a leak in another room, called and technician came out and caulked the roof, roof continued to leak and had another roofing company come out and found the flashing was installed incorrectly and all 4 skylights were installed incorrectly as well. NCI put the roof on my home three years ago, under the previous owner. We had a shingle lift up from too much wind and I called NCI about it. Jeff called me back within two hours, and a few days later the crew came out to quickly nail it back down. He even took before and after photos so I could see what was done. Jeff answered a few questions I had, and took a look at the whole roof while he was up there, just to make sure everything looked good. I hired NCI (Northeast Construction, Inc.) for a roof replacement project covered by my insurance. While the work was completed, my experience with Jeff S., quickly turned unacceptable. After issuing full payment via certified check, I requested a standard lien release required by my mortgage company—something any reputable contractor would provide. We hired NCI after the fall 2024 hailstorm in the Sterling Va area. From the first call to the final check, they made it a five star experience. Alex walked us through the process, worked directly with the insurance company and managed all the contact work for roof, siding, gutter and window casing replacement work. NCi replaced my roof after it was damaged in a storm. The crew was fast and efficient. They ran a great work site and Carlos worked closely with me from beginning to end. I had an issue with an original gutter and they came out and immediately rectified it for me.
