We hired NCI after the fall 2024 hailstorm in the Sterling Va area. From the first call to the final check, they made it a five star experience. Alex walked us through the process, worked directly with the insurance company and managed all the contact work for roof, siding, gutter and window casing replacement work. It like we have a new house! They got all the work done quickly and with no major issues (one small piece of siding fell off and it was fixed the next day). NCi replaced my roof after it was damaged in a storm. The crew was fast and efficient. They ran a great work site and Carlos worked closely with me from beginning to end. I had an issue with an original gutter and they came out and immediately rectified it for me.

NCI replaced the roof of my house damaged by storm. Insurance initially denied the claim when I was helped by another contractor. Mr. Carlos, who is a project manager at NCI, helped me to have the roof reinspected by the insurance and the claim fully approved. He went up to the roof with the inspector and communicated the locations and severity of damages.
