Debbie was the best nurse I’ve had Ina whiles along with the girl who signed signed me in she got me in quick, thanks Debbie for amazing service!!!
I was recently at the ER. It was so busy, however, when I finally did get in to see the Doctor, she was amazing. She asked a lot of questions to find out exactly what was wrong. She followed up with me, and even offered to help me see another Doctor for a different issue. Although the wait time was around 10 hours... that is not their fault. Don't bring your "paper cuts" to the ER and wait times will be shorter!! :)
After an 8-hour wait on Monday evening, my daughter—who had chest pain, shortness of breath, and arm tingling—was met by a rude, unprofessional triage nurse who showed no compassion, spoke harshly to my husband, and didn’t seem to know how to read the monitor or operate basic equipment.
