From arrival to departure was 3.5 hours not bad when 12 people ahead of me. And I was in for a orthopedial skeletal problem which was not an emergency. Staff was great from front to back and I got a clear diagnosis before leaving. I liked that they have a lot of equipment for testing rather than going to some clinics and they send you out for tests. This is the perfect model going forward.

I had to go into the ER today, just wanted to give my two cents on the experience, I went in pretty early this morning, I was first to the check in line, the lady who helped me was very throughout and listened to everything I had to say with my issue, I didn’t catch her name but she was easy to talk to and explain what was going on, got sent to registration and the lady working there was efficient and sent me along my way, I got into a room right away which is usually doesn’t happen in previous ER visits at different locatio... read more

My experience with northeast community health centre was a five star.. only one person who was absolutely rude and showed no compassion at all… Took my mom in as she wasn’t well… when I went to register my mom the lady who helped me was nothing but helpful and polite, Once I went in the back room with my mom to see doctor, I left the room and had a meltdown crying and this same lady came over to me from registration..to see how I was feeling and listened to what was happening.. she later asked if she could hug me… I’ve been ... read more
