Worse service ever came there 10pm till 4am noone cared this place is the worse emergency hospital in Edmonton they wait till tou die to assist you so don't go there

I went there yesterday at 9 p.m. as I cut my leg and needed stitches. At 3 a.m. I was shown into a room. They said only one dr. was on duty. I was told by a nurse that I was third in line. After 1 1/2 I asked again and was told I was 6th in line. I can appreciate if someone comes in with a real emergency that they go ahead. I had waited 9 hr. and could wait no longer as my dogs were at home. I just went to my regular doctor. I will NEVER go back there again. The Alex has a much shorter wait time. Was treated very well! Went in at 9:30 am and I was taking in by 10 and they did minor surgery and I was home by 2.i have no complaints. The nurses and doctors treated me very well! Thank all of you guys

Waste of time. Wait there for 10hrs, then get sent to a hospital and spend another 10hrs waiting

I don't understand the comments on here because I was treated very well when I came in with a broken shoulder and by the way they treat the most injured or sick first there's a sign on the wall that tells you that so you people giving bad reviews and crying about people going ahead of you must have very minor problems compared to everyone else who were looked at before you WHA,WHA, CRY,CRY ME AN OCEAN
