My child was very sick and unable to walk, yet after almost 8 hours in this emergency no doctor saw my sick child we received no help or support during this time, Families should not have to go through this

I dropped my motorcycle in some gravel yesterday and needed a few stitches in my knee. Long wait, but my injury was pretty minor and they had people with greater need to deal with. Staff was great and professional and the physician on duty did a great job patching me up. Thank you to the staff!

Worse service ever came there 10pm till 4am noone cared this place is the worse emergency hospital in Edmonton they wait till tou die to assist you so don't go there

I went there yesterday at 9 p.m. as I cut my leg and needed stitches. At 3 a.m. I was shown into a room. They said only one dr. was on duty. I was told by a nurse that I was third in line. After 1 1/2 I asked again and was told I was 6th in line. I can appreciate if someone comes in with a real emergency that they go ahead. I had waited 9 hr. and could wait no longer as my dogs were at home. I just went to my regular doctor. I will NEVER go back there again. The Alex has a much shorter wait time.
