I went to this establishment to obtain my 11 year old's death certificate. While I understand the importance of customer service and whatnot, I did NOT appreciate the cheerful way on which the office woman headed me this document. Call me crazy but, in this particular situation compassion and sympathy/empathy outweigh cheerfulness. Being from this town I'm also aware that the other associate, who was in the office at the same time, has been there for MANY years and should have said something. Amanda and Brandee were awesome with administering my IUD removal and replacement. They were very informative and took their time to make sure it was as painless as possible. It was way less painful than the first one I got because of the extra time and care they took with me.
We went for vaccines for our one year old. The staff was so friendly! They had toys, stickers, books and were patient. They explained everything they were administering, sent me with information to understand the vaccines, discussed next steps and what to watch for after vaccines, and sent me with updated vaccine forms (all without me asking!). They gave high fives so our little guy wasn't scared and he only cried briefly after the injections and then they made everything better and the tears went away almost instantly! Cher... read more
