Cold night and Pete had a long day driving all over Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties but he still but kept my appointment. Aside from Pete being very knowledgeable about HVAC issues, he provides great customer service.
Peter is excellent, very communicative and solution-oriented just in scheduling the visit, let alone doing the work. We had a problem with our heating system. Peter came highly recommended by Dolphin Plumbing and I can see why. He's professional, courteous, a straight-shooter who talks through the issue without wasting time with too much detail or talking down to the customer like they're a child. Had an excellent experience with Pete. He was courteous, clean and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to anyone. Pricing was also fair. No ridiculous service fee to come out and assess the issue. It was a very straightforward process.
It’s no surprise to see Northeast Climate Solutions has a perfect review score. If 6 stars were an option, I’d give it. Our central ac went out on a Wednesday. On Thursday another HVAC contractor looked at it, fooled around a bit, and declared it dead and in need of replacement. Pete got the call on Friday and, instead of pushing it off until Monday, he showed up after hours to help us. My heat went out at 9 PM on one night. I called 5 different companies to try to help me out. Nobody would either answer the phone . Called Pete told him the situation and exhanged some pictures and he showed up within an hour and stayed till 3 AM to make sure that my heat was up and running for my family.Great pricing, very knowledgeable and efficient and reliable. Highly recommend
