Peter was extremely responsive and always on time. I just bought a house, and he really took the time to walk me through everything—from the heating and cooling systems to the well system and water softener. He explained how it all connects and even guided me on who I should call for plumbing to service the water system. Cold night and Pete had a long day driving all over Dutchess, Orange, and Ulster Counties but he still but kept my appointment. Aside from Pete being very knowledgeable about HVAC issues, he provides great customer service.
Peter is excellent, very communicative and solution-oriented just in scheduling the visit, let alone doing the work. We had a problem with our heating system. Peter came highly recommended by Dolphin Plumbing and I can see why.
