Drove over 20 minutes to deal with unprofessional staff
Was referred by our dentist to get checked here for cavities for my daughter when the assistant made the appointment they said I was all set then I come in and I have to switch the insurance dentist. If they would’ve said that when making the appointment I would’ve never scheduled. Wait time for changing the primary dentist was 45 minutes. Plus front desk girl was really rude about the whole situation.
I was referred to the office by a close friend for a second opinion about my daughter's treatment and I am so glad we gave them a try. From the first call to inquire about scheduling, being seen, going over plan of care, to walking out the door, we were beyond impressed and amazed with the level of service by all staff members! 10/10 would recommend Dr. Coppola and team! We had no trouble finding parking. Filling out paperwork was a breeze on the tablet, and the staff was superbly professional! My son (5yo) was excited about the car decorations, and had a great checkup! Makes me wish I was young enough to go!
