⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Hannah! My 6‑year‑old son has seen her three times, and each time she’s been wonderfully warm, professional, and attentive. What really stood out was that she remembered him right away, not just his name, but the movie he watched in the lobby and the color of popsicle he liked. That kind of personal attention made him feel safe and comfortable, and it gave me peace of mind as a parent. I've had a lot of issues here at this location, little at first but not too big of a deal to make note of. The last experience I had here with one of my children has me highly reconsidering bringing them back. I may choose to start taking them to another location as my child has asked in particular not to be seen there by a certain person. The staff I've interacted with has always been so nice (they rotate with other location staff) and Jen (I believe her name is), the main person there, is so awesome. I've been to the downtown office for years, this location is only 5 mins away from my house. Attempted to transfer to this location but receptionist answering the phone was extremely rude. I rather drive to downtown than deal with unprofessional rude staff.
