I would give zero stars if I could. Have been trying to resolve a problem since November 2023 regarding blinds the company measured and installed for me. Am told my concerns were passed on to the owner and the owner will make an appointment with me. Since November, I am still reaching out to request an update. Furthermore, I believe they gave me a used remote. In March, the tech confirmed the remote was broken and I'm still waiting for a replacement. Terrible customer experience.
