Poor experience from start to finish. The representative misheard basic details and gave us an incorrect quote after meeting with the customer. Communication was weak the entire time. When the mistakes were pointed out, the blame was pushed back on us for trusting their professionalism. This raised serious concerns about their standards and work ethic. I would not recommend this company based on what we went through.
