We tried to get my son into this practice to be assessed for behavioral issues, including oppositional defiance disorder. We called and gave our information over the phone. We waited 2 weeks with no return call. We continued to call and after 4 weeks, we finally had someone talk to us. We were told that our insurance is not accepted by them (after waiting 4 weeks), however, there was another program that they offered which would accept our insurance but there is a 6 month wait. We need help NOW. Very disappointing.
