Was told job would take 2 hours to complete so i waited….& waited….& waited…. & waited….& waited ( you get the idea!) 71/2 hours later, they close the shop & the job wasnt finished!!!!! Lousy customer service; they did not keep me updated as to the progress w my car. Every time i asked, they told me” it should be done shortly!!!! Never was!!!! Now i have to travel back there tomorrow!!!! Do yourself a favor…. GO SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!!
Although several of the previous reviews mentioned rude remarks and poor attitudes my experience was much different. The lady in the office, Anna and I were talking while my vehicle was being inspected and she seemed very nice and great to talk with. Although my vehicle failed inspection, Joe and Anna took the time to explain why and were very kind during the process.
Excellent shop, very knowledgeable, competent, professional, helpful and courteous.
