Northeast replaced a damaged bumper and associated pieces. Everyone I encountered was super friendly. Harry provided a thorough explanation of the process and timing. Outcome was great - the vehicle is good as new. Would use Northeast again if work needed.

Harry and the staff did a great job on repairing the rear bumper and trunk on a old car Kia optima 2003. I would recommend them to everybody.
My experience was good, Harry was great to work with and very professional and trainee was good also.
