This review is for their billing department. I was overcharged for a surgery last October and am owed a significant refund. When I contacted them in December I was told that my refund was being processed and it would take up to 30 days for my refund check to arrive. After 30 days I followed up, and they admitted that there had been a mistake in processing my refund but would try again and hopefully expedite it.
