The visit overall was fine, but when they ask you for previous surgeries and I provided a list of the 21 surgeries I had, I expected Dr. Carmichael to have read that before my appointment with him. They also have a very nice fish aquarium that is in desperate need of cleaning.
This was my first visit to the Lawrenceville location, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Matthew Carmichael was professional, attentive, and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The staff was welcoming, organized, and efficient, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. I felt well cared for and appreciated the level of professionalism shown by the entire team.
