I am writing this to inform and save other couples like us from potential problems that they will face with this group. At the beginning they reply emails and messages very promptly and politely, starting with Dear… Mrs … But as they receive their own payment that is non refundable, their responses are delayed and without even a simple hello or Hi greeting.
