I rate them ZERO stars terrible company! My ice maker and water wasn't working..... Owner came out first charged $90 he just stood there and said you need a mother and gaskets. I buy the parts and he sent one of his workers to install ( the worker was WAY more knowledgable!) he was like you don't need either of these parts.......there is a block of ice that needs to be thawed out on the back panel.
