The Ladies that work here are nice but the place in general lack professionalism, we been here twice as a follow on my sons shot. First time I check the receptionist said she had called my husband which she never did. Second time she said she never got the paperwork. We went in twice to establish new patient because they had no idea on what they’re doing. They really need to step up their game because it’s unorganized and unprofessional.
THEY WON'T SEND YOUR RECORDS TO YOUR NEW PEDIATRICIAN AND THEY WILL SEND YOU AROUND THE WORLD AND STILL NOT SEND RECORDS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is the best pediatric doctor. My kids really love it there. They are very nice! When my daughter Josie was really sick they called to check on her. They called and told us it was H.Pylori a deadly disease. Thank y'all so much for helping her.
The Albertville office is terrible! They'll give you a hard time if your kid is sick & you need a same day appt. The staff is not very friendly. I loved the gadsden office & was excited to see there was an albertville office when we moved. I was sorely disappointed!
