Horrible how this place waits until the DAY BEFORE to even tell someone when their eye surgery will be that very next day!!! Not only does it put the patient that is having the surgery in added stress & anxiety it also puts whoever is driving them in a bind as far as trying to make arrangements in less than a day!!!!! Also the lady hosting upfront right as you walk in today is EXTREMELY snappy, rude & stand offish!!! I sure hope the people in the back are much nicer to people!!’

Autumn was the kindest soul and really made me feel comfortable. The blonde at the open window (not where you sign in) was very rude as was Carla who I spoke with on the phone. No reason to be rude to ANYONE. Especially when you are in a helping profession. Get another job or take a course in manners. Shame on you both. Dr. Hill was fantastic. Good demeanor. Didn't rush. Listened to and responded respectfully to any concerns I had. He prayed with me before my surgery as did one of the girls working in the surgical center. I ... read more
