Ordered linear diffusors, since we weren’t familiar with the product we told the sales associate what overall size we needed, and asked them to determine the order information based on the manufacturer’s convention. Instead of translating to the measurements to the correct spec, they simply sent to order to the factory with the measurements we gave them. We now have $1600 of materials that do not fit, and they are refusing to help us resolve the matter. Unprofessional, and terrible to work with.
Any size filter they got it! And if they don't have it on hand, they'll make it.
