Nerijus laid the vinyl in our refitted kitchen and dealt with a number of snagging issues, all in a day. He made light of his list of tasks. The vinyl job was completed impeccably. He was polite and considerate throughout, giving the impression that nothing was too much trouble. Charming and efficient, excellent service!
Kurt was sent by Northdown Property Services to refit our kitchen in July 2025. He had been allocated four days for the job, which gave him a tight schedule. From the moment he arrived on Day 1 we knew we were in good hands. We found his ‘can do ‘ attitude and positive manner very refreshing. Northdown we're tasked with replacing our shower and repairing our bathroom floor and ceiling below and redecorating or stairs and landing due to a leak we had. I can honestly say they were superb, Bogdan who did the bathroom was brilliant and professional, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. Our decorator did an first class job too, turned up and just got on with the job. I would definitely recommend them .

I said it once I'll say it again stay away from this company 3 times been to relay drive in less than a yr now coming bk a 4th as took up can't lay bk as was so need more blocks .I have some in garden but didn't want workman in as was away and last time they let themselves in without permission left my water running for hrs and broke hose gun (which they did replace ) but i was left with water bill ..neighbour was in and out of house all day so any of the 5/6 plus guys standing there could of asked for couple blocks to finis... read more
