NPS (Northdown Property Services Ltd) did our kitchen refit after a flood. They did it without our seeing the plan. The plan left no room for the dishwasher or fridge. The plan was done by Scott, the manager at Howdens, Cromer. He had refused to send us the plan, on the basis that we were “not the client”: the work was in part paid for on insurance.
