I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I was approved for a $25,000 project that included a full gutter replacement—removal and replacement of gutters, new downspouts, and work on the awning drainage system. That work was NOT completed. The gutters and downspouts were never properly replaced, and the awning downspouts weren’t addressed at all. This was a major part of the job and a big reason why I agreed to move forward. Although I was stressed by a water damage situation caused by water heater pipes and other older pipes, Landon, the project manager and his crew were always quick to respond and receptive to my concerns and needs. Dennis would come at all hours in order to get the plumbing issues resolved. Everyone worked hard to help make this process much easier. I appreciate them, so much.

We had Northcross Restoration install a new roof for us over 2 years ago and it still looks like new. They were very responsive, did a good job of tarping the jobsite to keep the ground free from nails and debris, removed the existing shingles, repaired damaged underlayment where needed and did an excellent job of installing the new shingles. I highly recommend them and will consider them for future projects.
