Robbinswood Northcrest is a wonderful assisted living. The staff there really care. They go above and beyond for their residents, and it shows. I've visited multiple times, different times of the day, and the staff are great and the residents are happy!
Wow! I really want to compliment the administrative and Loft staff for making sure my mom was safe and cared for during her stay at Robbinswood. Nothing is perfect, but the experience was pretty darn close. When considering all alternatives, Robbinswood really hit the sweet spot for meeting the needs of my mom and me. Communication regarding my mom's status, both ups and downs, was regular and informative.
