Since Dr Jackson retired, the new owners have made a mess of this place. They now require you to return every 6 months instead of annually for any medications so they can double their income. I was told, "this was the agreement Dr Jackson made" and "yes, this is about increasing income". I explained to the co-owner that they are hurting the elderly and poor with this policy. After 10 years, I am having to find a new doctor.
Horrendous place with horrendous bedside manner. Do not go here. This place should be shut down and a local Pizza Hut or dominos would be a better use of this retail space/location.
Where did Dr. Jackson go?
I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson's for at over 10 years, and would have given him and his staff 7 stars in the past. I'm not opposed to change, it's how we grow, but what has changed when this office partnered with this urgent care is a huge step in the wrong direction...at least in the area of customer service. The climate of personable attention and consideration of the customer's time is no longer there. I am sad to say I am in the market for a new General Practitioner. Dr. JACKSON, BONNIE, CHRIS..WE MISS YOU!!
Dr. Jackson and his staff are great! I’ve been seeing him for close to 7-8yrs now and he is always attentive and his staff is always helpful.
