I’m very happy with my apartment, it is very clean. I haven’t had any problem with pests or bugs. Of course I am also a clean person and that helps so you have to keep that in mind for yourself if you are looking to move here. It is pretty quiet, and I am unbothered for the most part . I am happy to have found this apartment . Nice new carpet ! Overall I am pleased, The only thing I am waiting for is a mail key, been waiting 2 months! Besides that, I have zero problems here & it’s a nice place to live
Bryan the maintenance man is amazing, had three complaints within 3 different days fixed within the hour!!! Hope the leasing agent was fantastic! So informative got me into an apartment quick! Was very personal, felt like they care! Never had a management over an apartment that I've lived in be so officient
Had a friend that was homeless the office staff made the process easy for her to get an apartment an the maintenace supervisor made sure the apartment was ready in a timely manner.
Hope Daniels gave us excellent service and good communication! She went through the process thoroughly and professionally. She is awesome!
Been searching for a place for a friend. Did not realize how expensive Bloomington really is. Came across this apartment, decent prices and great customer service. I have learned that it is EXTREMELY hard to find these two combined. Did a drive by of the neighborhood, very well kept up with. Not sure what’s up with the negative reviews, looking forward to touring!!!!
