Engineer turned up on time unblocked face bassin within 15 mins at £180. While I was on the phone paying my invoice he asked if he could used the toilet for a wee. I said yes. Am baffled why work man always want to use their customers toilet as if it is public toilet, they are not embarrassed .There is a park across the rd and his office is 2 mins walk away.I had to sanitise the toilet when he is gone.
