Their machine was down and couldn’t take payment and then got me to pay at a later date and refused to reimburse me for the rebatable amount. Only told me once I had paid in full. Took no responsibility for what was their error and now I’m down $85 for a doctors certificate. Crappy practice.
The team at this place are absolutely lovely. Dr Lo is fantastic and has done so much for me. Highly recommend.
