I have been going to Northcote medical for 3 years now & they are a fantastic clinic. I am so happy with my current doctor Tom Russel, he is proactive & genuinely cares about supporting your health. He is really thorough & not judgmental & I feel like I can open up to him. He is not quick to prescribe but prefers to investigate. Highly recommend his care & this fabulous clinic
Dr Dylan Dunn is exceptional. She not only provided excellent, patient and detailed care, but went out of her way to help me navigate getting follow ups and specialist appointments in the most economically sustainable way possible.
Doctor Sheehab is amazing. Genuinely cares for his patients needs. Highly recommended him.
I’d like to leave a positive review for the receptionis today on the 23rd of Jan. I explained my circumstances and she was incredibly understanding, empathetic, and accommodating. She adapted to my situation straight away, took care of the issue, and helped me get the appointment I needed. Her kindness and professionalism genuinely made a stressful situation much easier, and I’m very grateful for her help.
Places like this that stop bulk billing are why the emergency rooms are full! See a doctor or eat now is the decision. See a doctor and wait a fortnight to pay for your medication. This place is gone to shit, it use to be a great doctors for going to if you're disabled. Now they have cast out the bulk billing in favour of getting paid. The receptionist with the auburn hair was always trying to force me to pay even though I had an engagement with the practices head of staff and the doctor I was seeing.
