My husband and I love North Coast. Smaller park within walking distance to the Trail Rail which goes to the Miami airport and connects with the Metro into Miami for more great restaurants and shopping. The Park is clean, pet friendly and has boat slips available. We are having a great time!
It may have been awesome back in 2012, but different owner now. Whatever you do... do NOT move into this park!!! The owner (Angie) is a complete nut job! This park has so many sill rules it is ridiculous!! The park owner charges you $25 to wash your car or RV, $10 per night for any overnight guests, and $5 a day for any additional vehicles parked overnight! They also only cut the grass about 3 times a summer, so our lot always looked like a hay field. She requires everyone to put 2x2 plywood under each leg of their RV/camper... read more
This place was awesome! Right in the middle of everywhere you want to be in South Florida. Perfect, safe location right off I-95 with plenty to do all around you. If, however, you plan on sleeping all day long, you may not like it much because you do get quite a few smaller airplanes overhead (the airport is not far away) - but during the night they pretty much stop so you can get all the sleep you need! I'll be back!
My wife and I found this park on referral of another park in the area. I can't say enough good things about my experience while staying for over 2 weeks. The park has recently undergone a complete overhaul including water, electric, pads, pavement and landscaping according to the owners who were incredibly hospitable.
