Don did a fantastic job from the first time we called him (he answered right away) till the end of the install. He came over to give a quote and explained and taught me everything I wanted to know about the differences between all the brands and why Bruno (which is the best) was best for us. Don at North Coast Mobility installed our Handicare stairlift in 2020. The installation was able to be completed shortly after the appointment at which he measured and gave a quote, was expertly installed and the work was finished in no time at all, including instructions about how to use it. The lift is durable, worked perfectly until, as with everything else that uses batteries, the batteries gave out. Ours actually lasted about 4 years, which seems to be above the average time. We needed a stair chair and Don called quickly after I submitted a request for quote on Bruno's website (and it was a holiday week.) He was very easy to talk with on the phone and when I met him in person, he remembered all the details I told him on the phone. That was very important to me. He is knowledgeable and professional. Northcoast Mobility was top notch from start to finish. After contacting Don, he was very quick to get back to us and brought brochures for us to look at while he measured our stairs. Before leaving we had our price and scheduled the install. The whole process took 15 minutes and the install was scheduled for 2 days later. On installation day, Don was prompt and was in and out in 2 hours. He gave good training on the use of our lift before he left.
