This company processed a claim through a Blue Cross and Blue Shield affiliate that was not my provider. Two years after my surgery I had to cover an out of pocket expense for their in home therapy. This affiliate that was not my provider put the bill toward my deductible, which if they would have processed the claim through my BCBS provider, it would have been covered because my deductible was met for the year.
