What a great company to work with! They installed a new gas fireplace insert in Dec. 2024. It works beautifully! They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They followed up after three months to ensure everything was working fine. My heating bill even went down! This is a great company with great service.
Loren and his team are on top of their game. We purchased a gas insert from them last fall and it came just in time for winter. They set the bar high with their great customer service. I would absolutely use them for anything fireplace related!
It took 2 weeks to get my call back but considering its January not surprising. The Dec quake caused my fireplace insert to stop working [no smoke out the chimney]. I was expecting a big bill and the replacement of the stove pipe inside the chimney. They showed up on time, Turned out the flue was blocked with debris that got knocked loose in the quake. For a modest fee I now have a cleaned stovepipe and unplugged flue in about 1h. I am very happy. Quick, Friendly very professional no mess to clean up. :) I will not hesitate ... read more
Excellent service.
I always have a great experience with this company. They first came out to do the inspection when I bought my house in 2021. The tech was nice, helpful, informative, and truthful about what the house's heating needs were. We ended up getting a new set up and the customer service continued to be as great as it was the first time. They continue to be who I call for my yearly cleaning as I know I can count on them to do a great job with amazing customer service.
