I recently moved my mom into NorthCliff Assisted Living, and I am so happy I found this place! The staff is so friendly and always there for me when I need them. My mom loves the activities, hair days and social time with residents and employees. She is cared for and loved by everyone and that gives me comfort knowing that she is in a good place. Staff is very friendly and accommodating for the most part. But there is a large employee turnover and not enough staff.. Promises made such as taking them for a walk and then don't come back to do it. Very disappointing for an elderly person. Rooms should be cleaned more often. We do feel a sense of relief knowing that she is taken care of while can't.
