Mark Nickles and Asshat Ashley are extremely rude, dismissive, and laughed in my face when I tried multiple times to get a problem fixed. Zero communication, rude employees with misleading information. CEO should rethink who they have as managers at their establishment or at least have good lawyers on hand. Yes you have the right to dig up our yard but do you have to do the absolutely horrible job putting the sod down, not level at all.
Never had an issue with them on the Internet or electric side. They once replaced my pole on the street that caught fire in 4 hours! Good luck getting that with MLGW. I have level billing for electrical and love the feature. Have a street light I had installed also and it is great. My power goes out roughly once a year and is not off for long when it does. Northcentral Electric Cooperative is Heartless Unapologetic No Empathy for AFRICAN AMERICANS! I lost my son’s father on 01/14/2026. It totally slipped my mind that I had to pay my electric bill. They turned off my electricity. When I noticed my lights were off I called the automated system and I was told my service was active, meaning my lights should be still on.
