my prepaid service went negative .53 cents for a total of about 30 minutes. northcentral cut my electricity off. had to pay an extra fee to get it cut back on for .53 cents. and still didn’t have it cut on right away after i put the amount that was needed on there. this place is a joke and doesn’t care about customers. ONLY ABOUT MONEY
