Mark Nickles and Asshat Ashley are extremely rude, dismissive, and laughed in my face when I tried multiple times to get a problem fixed. Zero communication, rude employees with misleading information. CEO should rethink who they have as managers at their establishment or at least have good lawyers on hand.
