Very polite people, very helpful.
Ok you have to replace utility poles, thats fine, but how about some notices or something rather than showing up at 11 am and cutting off my power, working outside my window when I am trying to sleep since I work nights. If you had bothered asking I would have told you to do it Friday rather than Wednesday since I dont work Friday nights!!!!!!
The least understanding people. The city works with me, the water works with me but NorthCentral doesn’t. I made a payment 4 days and they still shut me off. It’s people like this that blow my mind and I wonder about there beliefs. Very non religious behavior and people.
