I’m so glad we have Blessing as our manager now, she’s amazing and very collected. Most of us are used to having bad management over the years so i went to the office to air my frustration and Blessing calmed me down and fixed my problem and assured me things are going to be better, it’s been 2 months since she started and I can assure you things are getting better. I just hope they keep this one cos shes a good one
Have problems in the trailer with the ceiling and the floors are coming up, and they won’t come out and fix it. Then say they’re gonna give late fee and eviction if I don’t pay rent before they fix it, even though it’s been like this for a month. DONT RENT HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT. The fees for everything are outrageous as well!!
Worst place I have ever resided .
Absolutely the WORST place you could ever live or rent. PERIOD. Your not allowed to have company or your companies vehicle will be towed. They are rude and make up new rules for the park all the time. As soon as my 1 year is up we are moving. Worst place to ever stay. 0/10 recommend. New management all the time. Don’t waist your time or money. I started paying 1100 am now paying 1400 to stay in a trailer that’s brand new and already falling apart.
I have nothing good to say . I would like a corporate contract person and or number. I have a few complaints and unresolved maintenance issues. They want rent on time or threaten you immediately with eviction but want repair anything
