Good Elderly Care This facility has a very clean environment, you can smell that when you walk in the door. They have many scheduled activities such as movies and crafts. Friendly and helpful staff who have good relationships with the residents. I love that they have an area when you enter that has crafts made by the residents for sale. It's very easy to find your way around.
Nice place for grandma, it doesn't smell and nurses are nice! Northbrook is run by a family and they keep it clean. Sometimes when you walk into a nursing home, there is a unpleasent odor, there isn't one here. They keep it clean and make sure everything is in order. The employees are generally pretty friendly (I'm comfortable with my grandma living there). They are very business professional and don't take any risks when it comes to your elders health or safety.
