On May 18th my wife, called Ryan Butzke of Northbrook Insurance Association to cancel her car and our home insurance policy through Germantown Mutual. It was to be cancelled and the end of service would be May 31st, 2023 and Homesite by Progressive would be our new providers. We began working with Ryan and the team at Northbrook Insurance about a year ago and haven't looked back. Any and all questions are answered timely, fully, and in a way that is clear, concise and helpful. We are very pleased!
I have had Northbrook Insurance for several years. If I called to ask a question, Ryan would call back within a couple days. Sometimes the next day. I guess that's ok. That aside, I will keep this as short as possible. Things really fell apart in the last couple months. He asked me to call him back regarding my business insurance. So I called back within a couple hours. He never returned the call back. He did say he was leaving town. But since then I had to make a claim on my personal auto insurance.
